1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using fixlycode.com ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use License & Restrictions

FixlyCode is an open-source project. You are granted permission to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions (Prohibited Uses):

  • You agree not to use the Service to generate malicious code, malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm computer systems.
  • You agree not to use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service in a way that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer the proprietary parts of the API handling logic.

3. AI Disclaimer & Liability

NO WARRANTY: The Service is provided "AS IS".

FixlyCode utilizes Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to generate code. You acknowledge that:

  • AI may produce hallucinations, incorrect syntax, or insecure code patterns.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code generated by FixlyCode before using it in a production environment.
  • In no event shall FixlyCode, its developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the generated code.

4. Intellectual Property

The code you input into FixlyCode remains your property. The code generated by the AI is provided to you to use freely. The interface design, logo, and source code of the FixlyCode platform itself are protected by copyright and open-source licenses where applicable.

5. Availability

We strive to keep FixlyCode available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice for maintenance or other reasons.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
